I'm Cristy Balch, founder of South County Senior Concierge Services.
I started SCSCS because of my own experience helping my aging parents navigate the financial, administrative, and everyday responsibilities that come with getting older.
When my dad was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, I quickly realized how much my family hadn't prepared for. There were bills, accounts, important documents, and countless details that needed attention. And while there were professionals available to help with specific issues, managing everything in between often fell to me.
That experience opened my eyes to a gap that many older adults and their families face. It's not always about needing someone to make decisions for you. Sometimes, you just need someone dependable to help keep everything organized, stay on top of the details, and make sure things don't fall through the cracks.
My goal is simple: to help older adults maintain their independence while giving their families greater peace of mind.
